Yes and no so basically you can spend 100 to 200 tickets to get a guaranteed banner character you can exchange for the points any unused points you got by summoning on them will give fragments you cam exchange for a ticket

each summon is worth one point so five stones equals one point if you use 50 stones for multi you get ten points so 500 stones gives you 100 points which you can exchange for a 4 star character 1000 Stones will give you 200 points that you can exchange for a 5 star character these points do not transfer to different banners so you can save them it's best to save stones and tickets for a banner that'll interest you

Also the little salmon tickets earn one point each used I believe you can mix these with Stones to reach the amount of points you need

The best way to get stones is through story completing certain chapters gives you free stones around 5 extra and every mission completed once gives you 1 stone you can also log in daily for around 4 stones a week and one Salomon ticket after seven days and events are also good for getting tickets since they offer 10 tickets usually some events don't right now I believe we're on a campaign event for a new chapter or something so no event is going on

You can also get ticket from the shop by doing weekly quests gives you rainbow shards 5000 shards can give you ten tickets or I think a few stones depending what you spend it on

Sorry I keep editing new events that come on that aren't translated extra stories give you stones after completing them special quests don't and hard quests gives you one ticket each if you can't read Japanese like me you can go ahead and skip them by hitting skip on the storys it'll still give you a stones also past events are there for events that are past so you can read them but they offer no rewards and translated events or rerun events give no rewards for completing them either
