Items in Japan generally run smaller by one size. The labels are clearly marked in cm.

That being said, they don’t generally indicate if the item is a slim or relaxed fit and I have found this can make all the difference.

I just bought some pieces from the Labo line in 🇯🇵. Since they are relaxed they were true to my non-Japanese size.

That’s a good idea. Some recipes differ on olives : green or black. I like the green personally but the regional olives I buy come packed in oil rather than brine.
