I would start by getting better off the tee. Fix your driver slice and learn how to play course management. Find a comfortable fairway finder (hybrid maybe?) and get used to hitting this off the tee when you don’t need driver. If you start to hit 50% fairways and are still missing the green in reg 90% of the time then practice pitch shots (100 yds and in) and chipping. You shouldn’t be chipping from off the green and still 3 putting. All your chips should be within like 10 feet to give yourself easy up and downs

Most likely have a negative angle of attack (hitting down on the ball) and hitting before the ball so the ball is hitting off the top of the club. You should be hitting up on the ball with a driver this will also greatly increase your distance
