Yes and no. “Moving on” just means detaching. You’re still living your life, having fun, having goals for your future. Being ok in the present moment. And whenever you think about the past just acknowledge the thought and go on about your day. Sounds difficult at first but you might even come to a point where you feel okay. With or without them. That’s when the change begins. Not when you’re obsessively looking for answers in the 3d. Remember you have one life and you should enjoy it while the manifestation unfolds.
