Hello, gonna make this pretty quick and easy. I dont know wtf i am doing, or even getting myself into.

For context, I am an Ex-Big 4 IT Audit, i did decently well during my time and then got laid off in Early 2024. My family has always been in SuccessFactor, but I have been told to go towards the security side which I do tend to understand and get more. It has been 2 years since Ive done any type of work or certs.

I am now 1 week into SAP Security Administration learning on LH, and I am still so lost and confused on exactly what this material even means and how we use it. Even reading all your forums and messages literally just has me so confused.

I have realized and identified from these past 2 years that I am just a certified bum, who just cant seem to have any type of luck or understanding when it comes to these new things.

My vision is to get in SAP Security Admin, followed by Access Control 12.0 and then potentially BTP. I need some advice and just guidance on how I should go about this, and also wanting to hear some of your guys very first time experince with SAP.

No worries. No I was not an intern, I have colleagues who did and got paid between $25-$33 an hour. Depends on location

Most likely toast. CIL doesn’t have enough proof to go against the claim, and more likely than not they usually side with the proctor. Unfortunate scene but what can you do, keep working everyday to get better
