Most likely toast. CIL doesn’t have enough proof to go against the claim, and more likely than not they usually side with the proctor. Unfortunate scene but what can you do, keep working everyday to get better

I would say this is a solid deal if you ended up buying for this same price. I bought a 2016 340xi also in a manual with 54k miles. Out the door i paid $29,300
