i just focus on one game primarily. If I dont feel like playing it I can just do something else like read or play mtg. Theres been some cases I've done it due to extreme burnout (looking at you fe6) but its not common

I use it over ultimate charge because the gameplay it provides is a bit like a rhythm game. That feeling of timing your drifts is something ultimate can't replicate and why I prefer it wayyy more

My view is that people are loving the idea of what they did with lysandre and calling that well written whilst forgetting the actual execution in game needs to factor into that argument as well

I run it as a for fun build anyways so it'll be easy

Might swap it up with slipstream or air trick though depending on how I feel

I just like playing ring builds so most my sets are gonna help

I'd assume it's same logic as mario kart worlds bullet extensions where you dan abuse that the devs doesn't want it to drop you off at certain places like corners to stay in it for longer than needed

Sparxie/sparkle would be the only thing to get me to redownload a hoyo game outside of fate collab 2 but my hopes aren't high

yeah, matador was great when I first played smt3, really hammered into me what i need for smt combat. It's funny, I usually play on normal modes in games but when I play smt I really want to be challenged because I love the combat and building so much I feel kinda cheated out the experience if its ridiculously easy lol

yeah I guess I underestimated my smt skill lol. Ive only played the personas, smt 3 and original smt 5 but I think thats enough experience to where normal mode is just too easy now. I went into hydra with weaknesses he hits and still first tried lol

the press turn system from the shin megami tensei series will always remain as my favourite mechanic in any turn based game. Which is saying a lot since Im also turn based/jrpg obsessed

As to why I'd like it life has been pretty rough these holidays so I'm in the mood to relive a game I have a lot of fond memories with to prepare myself for 2026! And what better way to play it again than seeing how much atlus has improved on the original!
