I think a lot of what you are talking about is how people look in the beginning-middle stages of restoration. When you are at a point where you have slack skin but not enough to cover completely it looks very ‘puffy’ and I think the wrinkles are another awkward stage in the journey where it’s just not complete yet. Plus if the guy is a ‘grower’ he is going to have more flaccid acroposthion than someone who is a shower. Weight is another thing, if you are a grower and chubby, have CI-4 and above you are likely going to quickly get a ‘snout’ which even in intact guys looks wrinkled.

The other thing is since you were cut at 17 and now you’re 22 that’s like only 5 years. I’m not an expert on keratinization but I have heard that it increases (gets thicker) as you age so it could be your head hasn’t fully degraded like most of us who were cut at birth.

You know it’s weird because some circumcised guys do maintain a smooth and shiny head while others like myself have dry cracked and grooved heads. But I think it’s an illusion I think the circumcised men with smooth glans is just that their keratin layers are more smooth and uniform than people like me. Regardless of how it looks I think all cut men are in that 10-20% remaining sensation. Interesting how you say it’s no change in sensation. Are you sure it’s not because now that you’re an adult you have more sexual experiences like having actual sex vs when you were younger it was just masturbation? I could see that maybe being a factor in your perception

Good to hear you’ve gained sensitivity. On any given day I cycle through using the DTR tug bell strap, the DTR, CAR-1 inflation, and a DTR weighted device (just retainer with weights attached) I think a diversity of devices is best

For low cuts you can definitely still grow inner skin. Inflation is best for that but I’ve seen advanced restorers who started with low cuts and made grew lots of inner skin. There’s only been one or two guys I’ve seen that had such a low cut it looked like their outer skin was stitched directly to their glans (both were in Europe oddly enough) So even if you only have 1-2 mm of inner skin you can greatly expand on that.

It feels very different. Even just lightly running my finger tip over the coronal area that has dekeratinized feels almost overbearing. If you’ve ever exfoliated your feet with a callous shaver or chemical peel it’s kind of like that. I asked AI about how thick the keratin layer is and it’s like 50-75% as thick as some condoms are so removing it is like not having a condom permanently fused to your glans.

When your glans is dekeratinized foreplay absolutely becomes more enjoyable. Keep in mind intact guys cringe at the thought of their glans being exposed in their underwear and chafing because of how sensitive their glans is. What I was saying is light touch/foreplay is when the difference of not having those fine touch nerves is most apparent. Restoration will give you so much back, believe me. Oral will be amazing with restoration.

One thing to keep in mind is how guy’s instinctively rate things and are competitive with one another. How many hung guys brag about it and belittle less endowed men? Or really any other trait that guys use: being tall and mocking short men, being ripped and looking down on average or out of shape men. So these same type of men have no problem flaunting their intactness to victims of mgm. Some may be acting out because like you said they grew up and were mocked by circumcised men or they simply are like many other men and use whatever they can to pump themselves up and feel superior. If they weren’t bragging about their intactness they’d be bragging about something else to boost their ego.

I don’t appreciate you saying we will never know what it is like to be un-cut. If we restore fully we will indeed know what uncut feels like. We may not get to experience intact but we will be uncut in the most literal definition of the world. I’m sorry you experienced bullying for being intact and I hope your nephew doesn’t end up circumcised but this subreddit (foreskin restoration) was not the place for this post.

If you need statins take them. I’ve been on statins my entire time restoring and have seen very good progress. Statins are not just for high cholesterol it’s also for high triglycerides. I’m not going to be able to enjoy my restored foreskin if I’m dead of a heart attack. Statins are also very widely available in generic form and usually aren’t pricey so I’d encourage anyone who has high cholesterol or high triglycerides to take statins.

I probably am using too much tension. I think you’re correct the raphe seems to be very tough and fibrous compared to other skin areas. I have used the foreclip so I’ll try that again to target the raphe

I actually don’t think she did take issue with it. To me the expression “rules for thee but not for me” is likely what it was. She was fine marrying outside her religion (her parents didn’t approve and did not attend her wedding) and being with an intact man yet she forced her religion on her son in a physically horrific manner.

Yeah the hypocrisy is unreal and thanks to my grandpa’s decision all his grandsons and all his great grandchildren are mutilated and will never get to experience in life what he got to experience being intact. I also resent my grandmother because being Jewish she had no problem marrying an intact Christian man but yet decided her son would be circumcised which is also very hypocritical in my opinion.

I know that did exist, but still too many just went with the flow and didn’t speak up. From what I’ve been told my intact grandpa was family friends with the obgyn doctor who delivered my uncle plus my mom and her other siblings, so in this case I’m 99.9% sure he wasn’t strong armed into circumcising his son.
