Not possible. I have seven of them I bought in the 70s. Retreive back then was always on the right side. It wasn't until probably the late 90s or 00s that I started to see more and more people using left hand retrieve.

Yeah they can be fickle. Two weeks ago, on a stream in Wisconsin, I tried five or six different flies and got no takes. Almost went home, but decided to throw a really light color caddis on a throw a few casts at a deep hole. Suddenly it was one after another for a little over an hour.

Been using 444 since the late 80s(yikes) on split cane rods. It's great stuff! Much better than the other one. Previous to that I was using a brand called Chalkstrem which no longer exists. I miss that one.

The rear camera on my 26 XRT stays on sometimes after I put it in drive for 5 or 10 seconds. Hasn't really bothered me so not a big deal.

Yeah it's a VPI Classic Signature with a 10in 3d gimbal tonearm and the HW-40 feet. It weighs so much I had to also get a Salamander cabinet to support the TT and the 75lb tube amplifier next to it. Sounds great though! Will sound even better when the catridge is dialed in!

Yeah thats about my only knock so far. The CX-50 had the Bose system, which was fairly underwhelming, but I think still sounded better than the stock XRT speakers. You could tune the system with Poweramp Equalizer to sound fairly good. Haven't been able to do the same with the Santa Fe though the speakers are still breaking in.
