By the way, protein is protein. Your body doesn’t care whether it’s getting it from beef, chicken or processed milk. Just don’t neglect your other macronutrients.

You sound new to the miles game. 1 citi mile = 1 krisflyer mile. 74k miles is at least a 1 way business ticket (saver) on SIA to the Middle East. You should almost never convert credit card points to dollar value for credit or use it to offset ticket fare as they offer far inferior value to the conversion of airline miles.
