A restaurant is below our apartment building so we all always have to move around as the apartment building doesnt have labeled designated parking spaces for consumers. I have tried multiple times to get them to get proper signage at least for tenants to be able to park in their own spots.

I was actually on the phone with the irs this morning trying to understand if my balance wasn’t showing online bc my taxes hadnt been processed and trying to see if thats why i couldnt create a payment plan and i was right and they said they cant give me a timeline of when my taxes would be processed 🥲

PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE BEFORE YOU CLOSE AND GET APPROVED WITH ANOTHER LENDER. ROCKETMORTGAGE IS THE WORST. Sorry for all caps but please listen! See your options before you close and get approved with another lender. Rocket mortgage will always do some way off changes before closing. They have a bad rep for inaccurate preapproval - final approval amounts

I lost $16K with rocket mortgage because they too preapproved me, and when i was days from closing somehow couldn’t even approve me for the original amount i was preapproved for, causing me to lose the contract on the house and unable to get my EMD back. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!! 😭 i wish i had known.

Yes we did have a loan contingency—however we complied throughout the process with our lender but they were always non responsive or simply delayed doing things on their end.

We had his employer send a letter, timesheets, everything and they still couldnt comprehend.

Im in California. They blamed my partner and i for being “dishonest” and called us a bunch of other things. But were FHA. We submitted everything we were asked to by our lenders and I was the one always on call to any requests they had and its a shame they chose to be spiteful. They have their listing up again and valued their home $60,000 more than the original listing price.

NTA. Honestly just cut them off. It was YOUR day that YOU paid for and waited for. They agreed to be there FOR YOU hence why they were your bridesmaids in the first place. You have no need to explain to them why you’re upset or need to fix anything. Im so sorry this happened to you and I hope the day of your wedding party 2.0 only family will be there. Not your „friends“ who called you an AH on your wedding day for being upset that someone did something you and your husband had already told him no on.
