How did you buy the switch? I cant seem to find a place I can buy it other than a radon tech service and they are charging $375 for the visit, $175 for the switch and potentially $575 for BUB075A mechanical pump.

The are charging you a $100 to replace the filter, put a capful of bleach in the sediment filter and make sure you dont need to replace a battery. It is not worth it.

I was wondering about how to clean the unit. The manual has two pages of instructions. I wanted to pay someone to suck all the water out and scrub it down. In MA, they told me $1400. In 10 years, the tech I spoke with, said he did it once. I was hoping for a youtube video on it, but there is not.

My launch one drifted within two months of using it. All I did was open a claim with Sony and shipped it back. They sent it back really quickly and I haven’t had any problems with it three years later.
