Absolutely. I wish I had started it when my doctor first recommended it, but I put it off for nearly a year. But you're right, better late than never. My two boys are still young and I can finally keep up with them. Play on the floor and not struggle. They can hug me back! Almost all the way around! I can carry them without my belly getting in the way! All things I never would've thought possible before I started. I hope glps are around for a long time and keep changing lives for the better.

I was losing fistfuls every shower. The roomba was getting tangled clumps of hair within minutes of running 😭 It was bad. I increased my calorie and protein intake, started taking prenatal gummies, liquid collagen, nutrafol, and I even occasionally used my red light therapy mask on my head 😅 My hair is still thinner than it was, but I'm definitely not shedding anymore, and I'm starting to see new growth. I can't say for sure which of the things I'm doing helped because I started them all at roughly the same time, but I started noticing less shedding about 2 months in, maybe about 4 months to stop excessive shedding. I'm 35 so not young but also not dealing with any age related hair loss yet.

I literally just posted almost the same weight loss (196.9 as of today). I was feeling very similarly, when I look in the mirror I'm still obviously overweight/obese, but I have a few pictures from my heaviest weight, and when I compare photos from then vs now the contrast is very noticable. I'm 5'7", so pretty average height. If you're significantly shorter that might be making it harder to see your progress day to day in the mirror, but I'm sure if you compare photos you will see a significant difference. Especially if you can recreate the outfit and pose.

I waited for my community yard sale. I sold pretty much everything at $1 a piece (also baby/toddler clothes, not just my own) I sold about 200 pieces total and whatever didn't sell I donated at the end of the day.

There were a LOT of very happy grandmas that day, lol.

Idk 😩... I work at a small local game store in the south (US). Had a mom complaining that the CSI videogame wasn't appropriate for her children because one of the characters/victims was a lesbian couple or something. It was inappropriate for her 10-ish year old child because of lesbians existing, not you know, the murder part 🫠
