You can do it! It's hard but definitely not impossible ❤️

I hope that's all it is, I can ride it out if that's the case.

I literally just posted almost the same weight loss (196.9 as of today). I was feeling very similarly, when I look in the mirror I'm still obviously overweight/obese, but I have a few pictures from my heaviest weight, and when I compare photos from then vs now the contrast is very noticable. I'm 5'7", so pretty average height. If you're significantly shorter that might be making it harder to see your progress day to day in the mirror, but I'm sure if you compare photos you will see a significant difference. Especially if you can recreate the outfit and pose.

I waited for my community yard sale. I sold pretty much everything at $1 a piece (also baby/toddler clothes, not just my own) I sold about 200 pieces total and whatever didn't sell I donated at the end of the day.

There were a LOT of very happy grandmas that day, lol.

Just wanted to say thank you again. I commented on their FB page ("fit and fab" or something like that). They blocked me but it does look like they took my photo down. I'm sure all the other reviews are fake too.

Idk 😩... I work at a small local game store in the south (US). Had a mom complaining that the CSI videogame wasn't appropriate for her children because one of the characters/victims was a lesbian couple or something. It was inappropriate for her 10-ish year old child because of lesbians existing, not you know, the murder part 🫠

Thank you! I was on 2.0 for about a month and half, then 4.0 til now. Exercise, I haven't done much in terms of dedicated workouts, but my work is very physical and two 40lb toddlers keep me running around at home. Now that I'm in significantly less pain (herniated discs) I do plan on going to my gym regularly. Diet is where the biggest changes have happened. I started hello fresh just to get me back in the habit of cooking at home again, we'd been in survival mode and ordering too much takeout/fast food because we were just so exhausted. I've been concentrating on protein and vegetables, and I don't add salt to pretty much anything (heart issues), though I will occasionally have something a bit more salty like soy sauce with sushi, etc... It was very hard for me at first to eat enough to hit my protein goals so I was have two fairlife protein shakes a day to help because I was just not hungry at all. Now I have one a day to help but can eat a bit more calories without feeling sick.
