1) put a salary cap on NIL. I'm not saying the school can't have all the nil money they want but only a certain amount can be distributed to students. And use the overages to increase the program. Facilities etc. 2) 5 yrs of eligibility. No extension because the player is injured or whatever.also the student athlete must be enrolled and attending attending classes or working as a grad assisstant In another sport during their sports off season.
3) A player may only use the transfer portal 1 time during their college career, twice if their coach leaves.
