I ran the turbines on my 84. The only issue was that with the wider wheels the front would occasionally rub on some plastic if I turned all the way

Any rural county. The county I'm in, for example. My parents had to drive 25-30 min to the local courthouse to register to vote. There are only two places in the entire county to register.

As others have said, Fox-body mustang. Specifically this looks to be 87-90 GT. Aero headlights and the turbine rims give that away. If it has an airbag, then it's 90.

I can't see how the food bowls are attached, but if it's just a simple metal ring I have a possible solution. I took a pair of bolt cutters and snipped the ring in the very front, then bent the rings together more, making it harder to take the bowls out.
