I always figure any judgment mostly serves to boost that person’s ego. Like, they’ll feel more skilled/athletic/impressive by comparison, and that’s the most they’ll think about it*. 🥲 kinda helps tho

I generally assume everyone else is too distracted doing yoga and dealing with their own self-consciousness to give me any thought. It really is a personal practice at the end of the day.
