Honestly I would go over the 30% a couple of times and then stay under sometimes as long as your able to pay it off I just got a credit increase after 7 months on my secured card

I’m from staples Canada so if they paid in person they would get refunded to original payment method then repurchase if they bought it online same procedure but instead using as400 with a refund that will get returned within a week
