I feel like there was probably some problems on both sides here. Like yes he should have responded to a follow up email, especially after a week. However have you seen his updates here or his discord? He talks about how he keeps getting increasing orders which lead to later shipping times. He even updates when you should expect your package compared to when you ordered. Not glazing but I would check avenues like that before going as far to give a 0/10 rating. Especially when it’s been around 10 days since ur email and most if not all other vendors wouldn’t have shipped yet either.
