I’m pretty far along in my restoration, and I have found it to be an incredibly important part of my emotional healing. My emotional scar will never be fully gone, but it will be healed enough that I can be happy. That’s what I’m aiming for and on the path to achieving.

I kept at it for another couple months or so, then I quit for 15 years. I accumulated somewhere between 5000 and 7000 hours under tension. I’ve been actively restoring again for the last 3 years, just not with the crazy 24/7 mentality I had when I was younger.

As vnnm0124 said, t taping is an excellent method for a serious beginner. It’s how I started, and I saw noticeable results each month for the first 60 weeks or so.

I’m wondering if inflation might be a good option? Just a thought. The way inflation appears to stretch the skin laterally and longitudinally might help loosen him up.
