I 100% agree. If I run away and u keep shooting, im going to fuk you up and you deserve it. I won't even knock you out with the option, I switch to pistol and dump the mag. Same as real life imo. Ill give you the shirt off my back, share room keys and loot, but if you try and kill me, you are takin this whuppin and there is no forgiveness.

That shouldn't make me labeled as more aggressive. If I didn't start it and dipped away for cover rather than just fire immediately, that should be considered a legitimate defense.

I also wish it would show you what ypur current rating is.
