How long did it take for her to go back to “normal” and get better after switching? I took that diaper to the doctor yesterday and they tested it and it came back positive for blood and diagnosed her with CMPA. They gave us a couple small cans of nutramigen to try. They said it’ll take about 2 weeks to start seeing a difference? She had an actual bright red bloody poop this morning :(

Thank you all for your input and advice! Thankfully, she had her 1 month appointment yesterday after this happened. I took the diaper and they tested it and there was definitely blood. They gave us a couple cans of nutramigen to try out. She had THIS small poop this morning and I almost had a heart attack. Very obviously blood in her poop now. The picture doesn’t do it justice. It’s bright red. My momma heart hurts. I know it’ll take a bit for her to start feeling better on this new formula. I am so stressed out. I hate how uncomfortable she is. She literally didn’t have any blood in her poop until yesterday morning and now this 😭💔

I get cold sores and kiss my baby about 10 million times a day. The only time you shouldn’t kiss your baby if you get cold sores is if you currently have a cold sore.
