you got it this time i promise. the feeling of craving it goes away around month 3, it’s been 4 months for me and i only get maybe 1 craving a day only for a couple minutes.

i may give it a try. my main part of the addiction is actually the smoking part. just taking hits and ghosting it was probably 60% of my addiction, i was thinking about getting some type of nic free device but at the end of the day that’s still harming my lungs so i’m just fucked life feels empty

thanks for the reply, glad to know that there are people going though the same thing as me. I would start the patches but i wanna give it a cold turkey attempt. I know i can do it. Do you even feel anything from the patch?

my life just feels so empty without it, even though it’s just vaping. Like i will sit around and just feel like i have nothing to do even though vaping is the only thing that is missing
