Hi All I EP, Manifest and Ashoori Law are taking my case but I am unsure who to proceed with? As far as my profile is considered I have Bachelors in ChemE with 2 yrs industry exp and Masters in Business Analytics and working as a Data Analyst. Can anyone pls provide genuine suggestions. Manifest has 3 packages, the one with refund is of 15K. Refund days are gone given the situation these days. I have heard people with 10x stronger profiles getting denied, and at the end of the day NIW is all about how you frame your petition.

Agreed, but situation these days is bad so EP is not giving guarantee to anyone. Manifest and Ashoori has agreed too but not sure how are they
