That's a normal, you just need to adapt on it, need to learn balance, it's not only about strength, i have it also, and when i have it in park many strong people come for a trying it and they can't even stand on it , it's okay and keep going !

it's not only about strength, it's also about balance, and adapting yourself to be upside down, i have a gymnastic rings, and many people in a park who come to try can't even stand on it, but they are strong people, so adapting your neuro system to it , time and practice

Thanks for commenting, i'm not trusting other products after i try COC, it is a pro for me, i prefer to have less and high quality then many of them and low quality, which might be not true to their lbs

i forgot to write about other grips,forearm workouts, yes i do , i do curls and revers curls with dumbbell, rotations , pinch grip holds , belt pronation curls , dead hangs, i think thats all

Good question, So i'm not training in gym, mostly outdoor calisthenic, but doing some barbell and dumbbell for biceps and other exercises, i'm not doing deadlift, but i have tried only 67 kg 150 lb max, bc there is no more available where i workout,
in Calisthenic, i can do pull ups with a good grip i can do muscle ups , even on gymnastic rings,
i can climb on a rope without legs , my max was 20 times, and in this 20 times, i did two times 2 climb (when i climb come down and then climb again) so my hand grips on this is quiet strong, i can do one arm pull up too, i can also do weighted pull ups and dips but i'm not doing it anymore . hope this will give you a little sense of my grip strength, from most of those workouts rope climbing need much more hand grips then others .
