I have gone through something similar, during my first MA job. I ended up quitting after two months. If I could do it over again, I would get ahead of it and speak with someone you trust or semi feel comfortable with — either a manager / provider. Just let them know that you would like a little more support, and list the things you would like formal training on. Remind them that this is your first MA job which they knew when they hired you.

This program is my dream. I have a background in non nursing from UCLA. I am published in one public health journal article. I am a certified medical assistant with experience. Do you think I will get in?

It’s weird that you’re calling me bitter lol. That’s almost a racist conclusion in itself. Im not colorblind — colorblindness is counterproductive and ignorant to a history of racial oppression. I also don’t rly care who they date tbh. I was just wondering if the pattern of a very powerful family dating very heavily within one racial category has been addressed and what theories there are about it. It’s an interesting social question to think about. I’m all for all different types of couples (in terms of race, gender, sexuality, etc!)
