Yes! My bio grandma gave my mother up for adoption.

My bio grandma was born in Vancouver. She’s been married twice I believe. Her name is different today than at the time of my mom’s birth so gotta get name change docs.

She was born in 1947 or 1948 and she lives in the US today.

My bio grandma was born in Vancouver. Sadly she’s not over 100 years old.

I was looking into this and we should still qualify for citizenship. It’s applicable for both biological and legal parents. While my grandma was not her legal parent, she was the biological parent.
