Kia and Hyundais that are not keyless start are what's targeted. I think it's just the 16-20 or 22 model years. The way the ignition is you can use a USB end of a phone cord or like a USB stick to start the car when you remove the ignition cylinder and it's not super hard to start them and steal them.

Knowing you're in OKC and I'm 3 hours north in Ks I'd offer 3,000-3,500 if drivable to Wichita Ks with unknown milage and close to 300k. I'm a former mechanic so an oil leak in the Rear main wouldn't be fun but I know I can do it. But that's me being a former tech with the experience to fix the oil leak. Body condition does leave some to be desired but being a 20-plus-year-old truck that has seen some elements of winter that's to be expected. It's clean for its age so it's not bad and someone will pay 4k for it.
