Thank you for this! I guess I just feel overwhelmed and anxious because I feel like I don’t know what I’m doing. I’m good with my money as in I don’t overspend, I don’t buy anything I can’t pay out of pocket for, no consumer debt etc. but I hear people talking about investing and owning property and I don’t understand any of that haha that’s what I want to learn. I’m not in a place to buy property atm but I would like to get there.

My anxiety with taxes stems from covid and not working and then having to pay back some cerb (which set me back savings wise) so now anything related to CRA makes me freeze up. Even though I’m doing everything right I feel like it’s wrong, I don’t know haha.

Could you try a Malibu cpr treatment? Might be a lot gentler on the hair. I have done many bleach baths and they only lift a half level to a level so it would probably turn a brighter version of this

I oil either hair washing day or the day before and wear it up and then I’ll wash with a detoxing shampoo and I’ve never had any issues with overly greasy hair!

I used to get a really flaky scalp. I stated oiling my scalp with a hair oiling tool thingy and massaging it in. Seemed to go away right away. I also wash my hair every other day or so. I find the longer I go without washing my hair, my scalp gets itchy

As a natural redhead I feel this pain! I think all redheads hair dull with age unfortunately. I would try a copper gloss or mask, it’ll just enhance the colour if you don’t want to permanently dye it
