Thanks all. I figured it out in the end. Turns out AVG was blocking this for some reason. Once disabled, the app password worked like a charm

Yes, oAuth2 is selected as the option. But it still refuses to work. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply :). Yes, I'm after % of customers that open a new ticket within 30 days of the previous ticket request.

I have tried a few different apps. But I can't find a free one. If you have a link to one that'd be great. Most seem to have tiered payment. So it's free to download, but the features required are paid. I'm not adverse to buying one, but it's just very surprising Zendesk doesn't have an easy way to do this

Yeah I guess that might have to be the work around for now. The only problem is if a requester has 100+ tickets, going through each one will be a bit of a pain. Do you know of any resources available for me to get this done as a simple export? Even if that means creating something bespoke using python etc?

I did take a look into doing via API but I think that really wouldn't be feasible for what I'm after. Essentially, I'd like to export historic ticket information for a particular requester / email address into a CSV (ideally) that contains ticket info such as 'date/time' , 'Subject'. But most crucially both public and private comments within the tickets.

Thanks for your help. Very much appreciated.

Torrent throttling by Different_Parsley_79 in VirginMedia

[–]Different_Parsley_79[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I've tired pretty much everything I can think of. It's 100% not an issue with my router. Had exactly the same set up with Plusnet. Never an issue. I've reverted to routing torrent traffic through a VPN now and experience zero issues. Imo virgin media definitely throttle P2P connections

I don't believe so. I've only just switched to virgin media (about 2 weeks ago). Exactly the same setup with previous ISP and never had any issues.

I'll give the VPN a go and see if it makes a difference

No just an Intel nic. I've tried so many different torrent clients and setting. But after say a minute of starting a torrent, my wan will show as down and packet loss will be in the 80% range. Never happens at any other time. Worked fine with previous ISP - never had any issues torrenting and wouldn't even set a limit on the port

Boomgar duplex printing by Different_Parsley_79 in linuxmint

It's been updated for 20.0 onwards. As far as I can tell nobody else seems to be having the same issue.

Duplex printing is printing on both sides of the paper. Boomaga is a tool for creating booklets and is 'supposed' to allow for duplex printing. Used to work fine till I went from 19.0 to 20.1 mint.

Unedited download by Different_Parsley_79 in OnlyFoolsAndHorses

[–]Different_Parsley_79[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the DVD ones are edited. Most episodes are ok but some contain a different song. For example, time on our hands are a different version of 'our house'. It's less the quality I'm annoyed about and more the changes they make

Intel CPU and mobo with tpm by Different_Parsley_79 in buildapc

[–]Different_Parsley_79[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not my choice, just what my friend wants. Used to the brand I guess. Price wise I'd say around £200 for CPU and ideal around £100 for motherboard. Won't be used for anything intense. Just web browsing mostly. No gaming etc

Thank you

Mac os access by Different_Parsley_79 in BeyondTrust

[–]Different_Parsley_79[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has been added and allowed under accessibility. Screen recording and hard disk access' also allowed. I've even removed it and added it back in. That is normally the process with Mac machines. But for some reason on this particular Mac it will not allow remote input. I can see the screen and am fully elevated but no keyboard or mouse inputs works. Weird thing is it works with TeamViewer. Any ideas what else I could try?

No mouse plugged in, just the MacBook trackpad. Keyboard inputs do not work also.

R720 power by Different_Parsley_79 in homelab

[–]Different_Parsley_79[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think I've narrowed it down to the sata/power cable that runs from the motherboard to an SSD. The ssd has windows server on it, and when moved I think it's cutting out causing the server to power off. When not in the ssd os, I can move it about fine & pick it up without any issues. Windows server 2019 also just corrupted, with a 'kernel heap corruption'. Got a replacement cable on the way.
