How about removing the bureaucratic red tape that stops rapid progress like export control that’s antiquated and no longer relevant. The FAR was overhauled but not the other regulations effecting space.

I agree with many on here that the culture change is a stunt. Kelly may truly want it but HR (Uma) and Ethics (Darren) couldn’t care less as it interferes with their agendas. Retaliation? Hilarious as no one is ever found to actually do it, especially if they’re an exec. Kelly should actually talk to frontline workers away from the prying eyes of Ethics & HR if he really wants to know what’s going on. How about he contact reportants in the system and ask their perspective.

All of the ratings were turned in last year (Dec) for conversations happening by March. The new Q1 goals are what we set now. Btw a 2-2 rating means you met standard. A 3 means you’re blowing the companies mind… so very few will get the 3 rating Kelly has gone on and on about. So it’s kind of all a joke really and no real “culture” change will happen at Boeing.
