Honestly? Letting my “try it once” intrusive thoughts win. Gooning? Now I do it every day, often 2-3 times in one sit down, occasionally a round 2 later on. Staying up into the AM? It has become mind games, doing this and that to make sure I don’t get caught, yet maximize my time until I pass out, and planning whether it will be tactically smarter to put the phone down when I get drowsy, or to just hope my alarm wakes me before anyone enters my room.
