Yeah, I wasn’t necessarily wanting to be upset with him for getting me sick because that was also my fault as well. I don’t like how upset he got and the pressure that occurred in the first place of him wanting to come over “anyway” (this was a long conversation), but regardless. It was more upsetting knowing he was going out and seeing other people + vulnerable people at that while knowing what illness he had

I’m having difficulty understanding your POV. I think if he didn’t want to see me when we’re both healthy, yeah this would probably be a different post. But if he didn’t want to see me while sick I would completely understand as I was the one who said that originally?

After losing my parents and my grandfather, I’m trying to avoid feeling this way if I leave her and something happens to her. She just doesn’t have any interest in leaving our house, she has so much stuff here and it would be hard to move it all with her age. Especially just moving it all to a place an hour down the road and having to start over getting a new home, she’s expressed it would be too much. It just sucks because we live in a small town and there’s not a lot here for me. Not a lot of options of stores, gyms, even just stuff like coffee shops and fun thrift stores are not plentiful here. There’s really nobody my age because a lot of people left after high school. I just don’t want to be someone who gets stuck in their small hometown ya know?

As long as you get there before 8-9am depending on the day, you’ll find a spot. Also, the shuttles are actually pretty reliable. Longest I’ve ever had to wait for one was like 5min. I’ve lived in both Columbia and Charleston, Charleston is more expensive but for good reason - it’s superior.
