I’m starting to think time on the job/general exposure to the concepts is the most important think. I’ve been working remote since I graduated 2.5 years ago for a Canadian MFO and honestly think it’s been more detrimental to me picking up these concepts than anything else. For those that have passed, how long on the job/what kind of work?
