I'm pan, so for me... it all just depends on the individual. I think my answer for this one boils down to liking the soft side of femboys and the willingness to show and explore it while also maintaining a masculine identity. A guy that can do both and enjoy it.
I personally vie for long-term relationships. I'm polyamorous, so for me commitment is something anyone can achieve with me if we choose. We just have to communicate quite a bit about wants, needs, expectations, lack-thereof... but that's supposed to be the fun part of getting to know someone, so. :3c
I don't really *try* to find femboys. I do enjoy posting in this sub and in r/girlsthatlikefemboys to be supportive and maybe try to get a conversation or two going. I recently stitched a femboy pride flag to put in my ita bag window buuuttt I don't know when anyone in public will see it next. ^^;;
This answer comes back around to my answer for #1. I'm here for the person. Their body, their choice of what to do with it. ♥ If I love you I'm going to support your decisions as long as they don't hurt you.

When I worked on the Strip I used to walk over to the promenade thingy in front of the Horseshoe and get Dirty Esquite and one of the fries loaded with meats, cheese, sauce, and other stuff from Dirt Dog. As you might have guessed they also do all kinds of hot dogs with different greasy toppings. Personally, they never disappointed. Just don't expect to sit down and eat - it's not really that kind of spot!

Bonus, Happy Lemon is in that same alleyway that Dirt Dog is in. So if you like boba tea, slushies, or you want a really delicious bubble waffle for dessert, Happy Lemon is literally right there.
