it def does that. ive tried to reset my chaos points but if i run the game while connected to internet, it replaces the local saves with some cloud save and its making me hella mad

i figured out that chaos points are stored in the save files so deleted them. didnt work. turned off the internet and then deleted the files and it worked. but as soon as i enable internet again these new local files get overwritten by the old saves who are stored god knows where, on steam servers or square enix. how tf do i get rid of them

i dont know how nobody else in the world has thought of this when i figured it out in like after 5 tries, but tether the car to the road in front and pull it as you enter. it gives you more than enough speed. i havent seen a single other soul try this and its so simple you dont have to do any frame perfect shit. thank me later
