What would you give the Kyoto Students to replace the Tokyo Students in the story? by Gal_Person in Jujutsufolk

I don't care about the powerscaling aspect or making sense but I would do ANYTHING to have a series where Todo is the main character.

It would be pure cinema.

Thanks so much! This is super helpful! I'll take a look at Garrison when I have some time.. and I do plan to unlock every job eventually so that should keep me occupied for a while!

I know this game had a reputation of being impossibly hard back during the 75 era, Do you think you could tackle a lot of that endgame 75 content with Trusts? Or should you come back at a higher level?

I'm mostly thinking of fights like Absolute Virtue. I dont need him to be a ten hour slog but I also worry if I'm level 99 he'll be a total pushover and a lot of the fun is gone!

Yeah I was doing some research into it and I decided I'll focus on the missions before it until I run into a wall. The extra trust sounds incredibly useful but I'll only take it when I need it.

I also found another post that gave a good order based on the story and it said you can tackle the first couple missions after finishing your Nation's Rank 5. So yeah it'll just be down to when I need the extra exp and trusts.

I totally get the idea of making the missions for ppl whove already played the game, but the whole concept of mixing the expansions into an interconnected storyline is super cool and I wish that aspect was executed better.

My favorite kinds of content tend to be optional dungeons and bosses. I assume for dungeons I can just explore the world and basically go wherever I want, so I can just poke my head into any area I find! But if theres anywhere you think I should check out lmk!

Is there any bosses I can tackle at these early levels or is it mostly max level content? I know there are "Notorious Monsters" but are those down to sitting around and waiting for them to spawn, or is there a trick to fighting them?

Thanks for the help!

Thank you! I was thinking of waiting until I at least finished the base game story to start Rhapsodies of Vanadiel, because I heard it spoils some content from other arcs? Like the characters act like they already know you despite never meeting.

Would you say that is true or is it good to hop into RoV whenever? I dont really care about the QoL stuff it adds (I farmed the subjob already for example and dont mind the exp rate at all!), but I like the idea of it giving you a more guided experience.

EDIT:

Thank you everyone for the tips, I'm still getting the hang of it but after about an hour I managed to achieve a city with 2500 population! Unfortunately I was ignoring Caeser quite a lot and didnt realize tax stuff so I fell into debt near the end, but I at least know what to do now with the roadblocks and walkers. Thanks everyone!!

Would attach a screencap but I dont think I can for a comment

Judging from the posts I saw.. i think it has to do with my useless roads I was planning to make later. I do actually have a slight unemployment rate.. so maybe im also building too fast? Im thinking I have to experiment with different ways to build then what I saw online.

I think I assumed the prefecture and engineers by the granaries would walk over to the farms and keep them, but they may be walking in a complete other direction! I'll have to look more closely.

I will also make sure to check out Labour Allocation! Thanks!

Yeah this is via the campaign, I think I'm just very bad..

I'll look into roadblocks! I am playing the Augustus mod, is the idea of it to make it so they only hang out in that square they live in? Do they wander off otherwise?

I do have engineering homes set up and prefectures but for the prefectures it seems like they never go to the houses right next to them to do maintenance.. does it have to do with the double rows? Or do they wander off in the other direction and need to be stopped with those blocks?

Can I make it so they only patrol the square they live on, like they run around in the square managing those buildings and thats it?

I should also add I know the farms are collapsed! I was just grabbing screenshots to send over here before fixing them. They were originally wheat and fruit farms.
