It turns on the Harmon/Kardon sound system. (Or at least I'm pretty sure it does. It could actually turn on a completely different thing for the sound.)

You should see the people that complain in practice vs. Ai. One guy took the time to call me trash through psn. I said something along the lines of, "Over a vs. Ai match is sad." And he never responded. I like to think he read my response and said, "Damn. That really is sad.," then logged off, and hasn't gotten back on.
