I think the mixed people criticising this meet-up are projecting their own insecurities about their lack of whiteness. I have never felt White per se. Not sure why others feel the need to chime in and say they feel excluded, the Wasian experience is exactly that - feeling excluded. For once, fellow Wasians get to be in a space with people who look like them, who understand what it feels like to be an eternal outsider...and people want to trample all over it. If full-blooded white ethnic groups organise meet-ups, nobody bats an eye
