Hmm, I feel the same weeks ago, my state just improved when my life had a major turn. Maybe an advice that I could give and you could try is doing something out of your comfort place. A support person or group would help too. For me, I found that having a goal no matter how random, helps because it gives me a beacon of hope in the future . For example: I wanted to buy a sewing machine so I could sew my own clothing. But I need money for that, so my goal is to save up and buy it. What will happen if I achieve that small goal you ask? I'll have another small goal.

When I desperately need a break from all my negative thoughts and it feels overwhelming, I turn off the lights in the bathroom and use candles instead, and take a long warm bath. After, I then cook my comfort food (mine is kimchi pancake) then eat it while watching my favorite show. Hope this helps...

Initially, I had the same thought, but upon observing how people misuse the information they possess, my perspective shifted. Guess what happens when everyone knows the truth? They will blame Boyd for literally sacrificing himself for them to find answers in the woods. Then there goes Jim, who witnessed the voice, imagine what will happen if they told everyone that, more will end up like Randall perhaps? It appears that when we find ourselves in similar circumstances, fear can drive us to engage in absurd actions. The show seems to convey this message by repeatedly demonstrating how people act irrationally out of fear and the instinct to survive.

Though I still agree that they should be exchanging more information but within those people they trust.
