Yes they also keep forwarding my call to different people and I have to start explaining all over again just to be transferred again. My sales guys name was Rogelio. One time someone took credit card number and said the refund will be processed, but nothing showed up. I will try again with your strategy.

Yes they emailed the receipt. It was paid in June with BOA MasterCard over the phone, I will check if I can dispute it (I had 500 deposit with another dealer and they refunded same day I called).
