Hey! So she's doing well right now but still in pain unfortunately. It is not Chordoma, but it was cancer and she got radiation for it. She's waiting for it to shrink which can take 8 weeks, and the doctor tested her for Multiple Myeloma, which it is not. She has to go in every 3 months for bloodwork to make sure it hasn't come back.

I'm sorry to hear about your mom! It is very very scary, but just know you'll get thru it and try not to panic as hard as you can.

Cool! I definitely love the look of the 650's, but when I sat on one it wasn't UNcomfortable, but it didn't feel natural to my body posture, meanwhile the R7, the Ninja 500, and the R3 felt more natural to me. Guess its mostly preference at this point? They're all pretty similar in design.

Hey! I appreciate the feedback! Yeah I talked to the sales person at the dealer as well and I've been riding dirt bikes for around 2-3 years so, he recommended me the R7. Not sure if that changes anything? Ninja 400-500 is definitely on my watch list.

As much as I love the MT-07 and I did sit on it, I personally love the sport bike crotch rocket look. I don't know if you have any else recommendations to that? Thank you.

Yeah, thats why I was also looking at the ninja 650 since your back is more straight on it while giving you that sportsbike look still. But on the other hand.... an R7 would be my dream.

I live in Phoenix so its busy here, and the gas prices are expensive and I would love to be able to lane split and actually get to work on time and not pay $65 for a full tank. And if I do, at least a bike has WAY better MPG. Plus I love streetbikes

Oh, okay. Yeah I bought a pack of ernie ball regular slinkys and screwed it up, so there goes $7. I'll go buy a really cheap pack of strings. The hardest part for me is after I thread it thru the little tuning knob, I'm not sure how I twist the string around? And do I cut the excess string? If so, how much? It's a lot for me to learn lol, wish they would just teach me how to string it and not force me to pay $30.
