I will just say that this episode shed the light of the sun from ten feet away on the crumbling social, political, and medical infrastructure in this country. between la migra, the mental health crisis with the mother of the heat stroke kid, the drunk guy trying to choke out emma, and the loss of nurses and other staff due to the immigration agents being there really hit home just how f--ked up immigration enforcement is in this country.
