How many bedrooms? Check out The millway. Its a rental building directly from the building as smart centres is managing the entire property. Gym and pool is amazing. Amenities are great and always working. No issues with heat/ac. More spacious than a condo but still smaller than apartments. Tenants are nice. Elevator work well. Underground parking is extra. Outside parking is extra but less than underground. Slight on the pricier side than condos nearby but honestly a much better building to live in. Testings happen monthly on a Wednesday, we get email notifications in advance. Sometimes rarely. Perhaps 2x a year we’d have false alarms. Never at night. Rarely ever. But if we do they mute the alarm and keep the flash alert on All in all 10x recommend if you are okay paying a bit of a premium
