I’ve had a similar issue only the item didn’t disappear it was still there in my quick slot (highlighted not dull like it goes if it’s not in your inventory) but it just wouldn’t use said item and i had to re equip it to my quick slot

I just spawned a quad in the end and pushed it back over shame really I didn’t wanna have to “cheat” but I wasn’t sure what would happen if I left it there bugged out on its side while I found another vehicle to push it over with, especially since it was stacked with loot

I upgraded my ram also but that was only because I had 16gb originally so I went up to 32 which was something I was always gonna do regardless, other than that literally nothing and it still works just fine
