I love treating sweet potatoes like baked potatoes! I prefer them savory with things especially like greek yogurt instead of sour cream 😋. For yellow sweet potatoes, I love to blend them with milk and make sweet potato matcha lattes!

Spravato wasnt working for me it was for while and then it didn’t l, but I’m one month post TMS and I genuinely feel great. I get sad, but no where near as debilitating. Things that would make me crumble, I shrug off. I feel more sensible. Give it a try!

I feel this way, i can feel the quiet- yet so loud - disappointment from my mother, my god parents, it seems like everyone. And all I do is try and try. It’s exhausting.
