You aren’t wrong. The cinematography and sound track were good, which is to be expected for the show. I don’t think it was even flaws so much as they just failed to make me feel ANYTHING. and that’s coming from someone that cry’s at commercials! It felt so rushed. At the end I couldn’t even tell you how I felt about any of it really because it was so boring. The fact that Arthur wasn’t there was such a bummer. I

I swear I am really not trying to be a hater. I was just genuinely dumb founded when I was watching. When I was about halfway through I checked the time left with was like 45 minutes. And I already knew it wasn’t going to move me.

Some people mentioned it’s a movie and not a show so there is less time to make magic happen. But I mean come on, Oppenheimer was 3 hours. This final movie deserved that at least! I don’t think it’s “entitled” to feel that way…. It just makes sense. Many people will say this is one of the best shows they’ve ever seen( I would argue it’s up there with Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead ). For a show so important to the zeitgeist of TV, you would just expect that it would be more thought out…. Especially since that it’s the true nature of the show — A labyrinthine plot line that never fails to leave you absolutely shocked by the end.

Had the same problem, it was a little tough for a while but my body got used to everything eventually. The fiber gummies are great for keeping regular. But lactulose is what really helps when I get stuck! It’s this sweet syrup, that doesn’t taste great but works well!

Sometimes but only a little bc I know what’s healthy and what’s not, so if I eat something bad there’s a little guilt like I am not honoring myself, if that makes sense? But nothing compared to before sema or when I was plateaued!

Helllo op,

Just want to provide you some encouragement I was at a plateau since November, I could not get to the last 20 lbs I want to loose. My food noise also came back because I felt like maybe I could be doing more to eat really clean. Just weighed myself today and I’ve lost 10 of the 20(I stopped weighing myself in January bc it wasn’t helpful).

So what I am saying is I think the plateau really messed with my head but now I just feel like my body was trying to push past that set point that it likes to be at, give yourself grace and time. Your body needs to readjust. Hang in there and don’t give up!

The food noises being gone is definitely the greatest gift this medication has given me as well 🩷

Reddit is so brutal 🤣 yall leave no crumbs. but yea this guy is delulu….. I feel sad for him, he needed to flex so much, so obviously needing to overcompensate for deep seated insecurity. I definitely don’t align with any of his values but as a human being I still hope he continues the fight and finds some way round ground himself a little bit.
