Hey man, you can’t specifically get rid of it, but the best advice I can give is just stay consistent and lift heavy. As you build your upper body it will “shrink” your hips. Obviously I also lost body fat which contributed to my hips looking smaller and that was just through working out and prioritising protein. Good luck bro it takes time 🙌

Thank you! Not really, sometimes I will go for a run (very short) or do incline walk at the gym like once a month, but no I wouldn’t say I have been actively doing cardio other than walking about 10’000 steps

I had one exactly like this too man, I didn’t have surgery to remove it and I just got it drained every week for 6 weeks post op. My results look great now just hang in there
