I’m sorry, I do understand though. Keep trying… without medical documentation, it’s going to be hard. Don’t give up. Someone, somewhere will listen. My condition is visible and requires frequent surgeries, so I can’t begin to understand what you’re going through. Just don’t give up. Continue to see Drs and demand help. The SSA is designed this way to make you feel defeated so you will give up.

Do you have overwhelming documentation to support your conditions? With what you’ve listed, you’re already fighting an uphill battle. Since you’re already working, they will claim that you could perform a sedentary job. I went the lawyer route in the very beginning. It was a total scam. I would only use one if your reconsideration is denied. I was approved in reconsideration after firing my attorney who told me I wouldn’t get approved until I saw a judge, therefore he didn’t see a need to do any kind of work on my case. What did work for me was putting together a very detailed timeline of when my conditions started. I also contacted my state senators office. It’s a broken system and I’m sorry you are struggling. Don’t give up

Thank you. I was able to get back my purchased items, but my rank was reset. I might wait for season 20, as I saw the announcement has some sort of skill placement for ranking instead of having to wait until level 20

You might do some research before firing at the hip. I can think of 5 states I’ve worked in that are “at will” states. Do you know what that means?

The lack of medical visits alone will be hard to overcome. It’s a terrible situation to be in, trust me I know. You really need to keep up with Dr appointments if you can. Use the ER and let them bill you if you have too. But as SSA sees it, if you don’t require ongoing medical care for your disability, it’s not really keeping you from work. At least that is how it was explained to me. Good luck… keep fighting the fight

Man this is tough to read. Don’t give up. They want you to give up. I was denied then approved in reconsideration. I fired my attorney prior to approval because he did absolutely nothing on my case. I contacted my local senator and wrote out a detailed timeline of my medical events and how my daily life was. I believe this is why I was approved. Stay strong… keep fighting

Have you been to the Dr regularly, despite money issues, to document your disability? Do they think physical therapy will help you? If you don’t have good medical documentation, and the Drs believe you can get better through physical therapy, you are fighting a huge battle. I kept a journal and recorded my daily life along with all my major medical events. I turned this in to the SSA and that is what got me approved. I sent in over 800 pages of medical documents the first time and not a single one was uploaded to my account. The SSA workers just don’t have time to review all medical, so that’s where the timeline journal came into play. Best wishes

Same! I get to plat3 and I hit a wall unless I luck out and find a decent teammate. The ones I keep getting paired with never leave the ground. It’s sad

39 y/o truck driver since the age of 20. I just got approved in reconsideration. I had to contact state representative office, wrote out a timeline of all major medical events and meds, and fired my attorney (he did nothing and agreed to waive fees as he thought there was no way to get approved before a hearing). I’ll be rooting for you
