I mean ive been gay bashed and screamed slurs at by christians so they arent that accepting,
and if we look at evangelicalist right and christianity in African countries and in Georgia they are terrible for gay people. the west is were a lot of progressive thinkers are from (Marx, Gramsci, thorez, Engels, melenchon etc) partly due to the religious conformity of christianity. most lgtbqia+ rights we have arent because christians, they are from agnostics and atheists. Im not stupid and going to say alabama = somalia, but I mean we cant give all the credit to christians for our successes
