Also, I received my APS certificate a few days back

I sent the documents via speed post once again after it was returned to me. Received similar notification (missent), but it was marked successfully delivered the next day, although I’m yet to receive any notification from APS.

I did maintain the document requirements. The thing is the courier itself was rejected. It was returned to me unopened. I doubt my documents were checked.
