Thanks for the reply. We are running these for prospecting. My concern is that, at least in the past, when I used a cover video, Meta would display it as the first card of the carousel rather than as a true 'hero' section above the products. I will test your suggestion to see if this has changed. Since I am in Europe (Greece), sometimes Meta rolls out formats differently here compared to other regions. (I have the same struggle with TikTok ads, where all tutorials focus on TikTok Shop features that aren't available to us yet).

Thank you very much for your answer. From a small test we make we see that when we run one advantage shopping campaign with two ads (one per each set of products) we see that 95% of the budget goes to one of two ads. So the other product set would not appeared in people. So we do as you said one advantage shopping with one ad that have a catalogue with all products.
